Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jaitace website and any of its associated services, products, or features (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

This Agreement constitutes the entire legal understanding between you (the "Player" or "User") and jaitace (the "Operator", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your use of the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use jaitace.

jaitace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown on this page. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of jaitace is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jaitace enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious violation of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be registering and accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a registered problem gambler with any recognised gambling support organisation.
• You must ensure that your use of jaitace does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.

jaitace conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. Players are required to submit a valid government-issued identity document — such as a National Identity Card (NID) or passport — prior to processing any withdrawal. jaitace may request additional documentation at any time for the purpose of verifying age, identity, residential address, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player may hold only one (1) registered account on jaitace. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identities — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile phone number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Notify us promptly at support@jaitace if any of your registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jaitace will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep these credentials secure. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

jaitace reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, identity theft, money laundering, or any other conduct that violates this Agreement or applicable law. In the event of account closure due to prohibited conduct, jaitace may retain any funds held in the account pending investigation.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) via one-time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number is available to all players and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jaitace are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals. Your account balance is denominated in BDT at all times.

jaitace supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank direct transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and the method's operational status at the time of your transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits apply and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of your transaction. These limits may vary depending on your account tier, verification status, and chosen payment method.

Deposits processed via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your jaitace account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours depending on your bank's processing times. jaitace is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within an average of 5 minutes following approval. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day. All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification on your account before they can be processed. jaitace reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment method belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. Any winnings derived from funds deposited via a third-party payment account may be voided. jaitace complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Bonuses & Promotions

jaitace offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions linked to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each individual offer.

The standard welcome bonus for new players is a 100% first deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, you must make a minimum first deposit of ৳500. The welcome bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a 30x wagering requirement calculated on the total bonus amount received. Wagering must be completed within 21 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within this period will result in the bonus and any associated bonus winnings being removed from your account.

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute 10%. Sports betting markets contribute 100% of qualifying bets settled at minimum odds of 1.70. Lottery games and crash games contribute 50%. The specific contribution rates applicable to each active bonus will be stated in the individual bonus terms displayed at the time of opt-in.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
• jaitace reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a bonus payout, or exploiting technical errors to accumulate bonus funds — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• jaitace reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player for any bonus before crediting or paying out bonus-related winnings.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on jaitace, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified us of a security breach in a timely manner.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jaitace and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information of any kind.
• Accessing or attempting to access jaitace if you are under 18 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes in sports betting or casino games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a manner that gives you an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or system on the Platform. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the Platform's deposit or withdrawal systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jaitace staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geo-restriction, or access control implemented on the Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool to disguise your real location or identity for the purpose of accessing the Platform in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

jaitace monitors all account activity using automated fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour are reviewed by our compliance team, and action will be taken swiftly where violations are confirmed. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit any right to outstanding balances or pending withdrawals.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jaitace Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the jaitace brand name itself — is the exclusive intellectual property of jaitace or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software on the Platform.
• Use the jaitace name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by jaitace.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

Game content provided by third-party providers — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms. jaitace makes no representation regarding the ownership of third-party game content beyond the licences granted to jaitace by those providers.

Any unauthorised use of jaitace's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and civil or criminal legal proceedings.

Limitation of Liability

jaitace provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaitace makes no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform's uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors or defects, fitness for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of any information provided on the Platform.

jaitace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions or delays in Platform availability caused by server maintenance, technical faults, third-party outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by technical malfunctions, provided that jaitace takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve such errors in a timely manner.
• Losses incurred as a result of your gambling activity on the Platform. Gambling involves financial risk. jaitace is not responsible for any financial losses you sustain through normal gambling activity.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.

In all cases where jaitace is found to be liable, our maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits jaitace's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
